Supervision Consultation for social workers

Now offering one-on-one clinical supervision consultation starting March 2026!
- Are you an independent social worker who is new to private practice or considering private practice?
- Are you an experienced social worker seeking additional mentorship as you continue to develop your competence and further refine your skills?
- Are you seeking guidance with specific areas of expertise or models that are new to you?
- Would you like added knowledge to support your work with unique populations (e.g. 2SLGBTQ+ clients)?
If so, we may be a good fit to work together!
Please reach out for more information &/or book a “Meet & Greet” consult via my Owl Portal.
The College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers recommends that we continue to seek supervision/consultation throughout our careers, especially when we are moving into new areas of competence.
This type of supervision would be considered “consultation” as it is voluntary, non-evaluative, and not intended for certification/licensure. At this time, I can offer clinical supervision consultation to independent &/or experienced social workers.
Training & Expertise in Clinical Supervision
In addition to my own clinical experience providing counselling (since 2001) and psychotherapy (since 2021), I have sought out training specific to providing supervision and consultation.

- COURSE: CCPA Intro to Supervision (3 hours)
- COURSE: Wilfrid Laurier University Introduction to Supervision (12 hours)
- PRESENTATION: “Supervision: the Secret to Being an Amazing Clinician”
- WEBINAR: “Supervision: The Cornerstone of Competence” (OCSWSSW)
- PODCAST: “Supervision for Social Workers” (the Social Work podcast #30)

I have also enjoyed working with other clinicians as their therapist.
